| BIOMAS CHIPPERS A new line of chippers where high output of conformed chips are required, primarily as a boiler fuel. Based on the drum type chipping principal chips are processed through calibration grids. The chipping drum is equipped with multi blades which is fed by aggressive feed rollers and the option of infeed chains on the base of the folding infeed tables. Feed monitoring by means of speed and pressure sensors are standard as is hydraulic rotating and fold down discharge chutes. Wide axles and floatation tyres are fitted to both tractor and self-powered machines. Final discharge of chips is by a flywheel with low power requirement, this principal reduces air draft and dust contamination when loading into containers and storage bins. |
