| Chipper made with sheets of high thickness, able to guarantee quality even in harsh working conditions. The main components of the CHIPPER 35 TPS are: 1. The chipping group of the CHIPPER 35 TPS has been manufactured with special metal sheets of high thickness to allow a long life of the machine even during continuous and hard working conditions. Specially designed for the poplar trees felling, the machine is used in forestry plants too where has undergone to very hard working conditions. Equipped with a 360° adjustable ejection pipe, to make easy the loading into any trailer. The new layout of the toothed rollers (2 horizontal), allows a very steady feeding of the logs, with the production of a high quality chips. 2. The hydraulic system group drives all the chipper operations. The circuit consists of two hydraulic cast-iron pumps which feed separately: the first one the two traction toothed rollers and the second one all the utilities. Two powerful motor-reduction gears drive the toothed rollers rotation while all the other chipper operations are powered by the electro-valves. Also the utility operations like the exhausting pipe adjustment or the moving roller rotation are hydraulically driven. 3. The Nostress electronic device of the Chipper 35 regulates automatically by an electronic valve the in-feed of the logs in relationship to the absorbed power. The tractor power is in this way better utilized, increasing the machine output and protecting the engine from the excessive overloading. 4. The remote control device (without wiring connection under radio-frequency) allow to power all the driving for the control and working of the chipping machine up to a distance of 50 m. Very small in sizes can be utilized from the operator just by one hand.    |
