| GREENWASTE SHREDDERS The Biomatich line is a range of vegetative waste shredders available in manually or mechanically loaded versions. Operating on a high speed hammer mill principal all machines can process a wide range of waste material for recycling as a soil improver, boiler fuel or volume reduction. The special design of the drop forged hammers allow a long life with no maintenance. The hammers cut and project material through a series of combs which give a fine shred. P.T.O. driven or self-powered each machine is equipped with feed monitoring devices which not only stop but reverse in-feed momentarily when hammer mill speeds reduce under load. In-feed conveyors transport material to a crushing roller and then to the hammer mill. With the mechanically loaded models 89 & 91 optional extras are available such as remote control, self-propulsion, discharge elevators and loading cranes. |
